NEW YORK, New York, August 11, 2019 — Waystar Royco today announced that Kendall Roy will return to Waystar Royco as Co-Chief Operating Officer, along with Roman Roy who will also serve as Co-Chief Operating Officer. Kendall Roy and Roman Roy will report to Logan Roy, Chairman and CEO of Waystar Royco.

Effective immediately, Kendall Roy and Roman Roy will assume responsibility for engineering, marketing, operations, and services organizations.  They will be responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments and ensuring operational excellence across the company.
